Who is Fat Guy?

I was like you. I had been dieting for over 20 years, tried everything, given up, put on weight and got depressed. I am you in a few months if you decide that losing weight and getting fit is really what you want. I am not a body builder, jock or a model. You won’t see me on the cover of Muscle & Fitness or advertising any new magic diet solution. I don’t want to be toned and tan. I want to enjoy life and enjoying food is a large part of that. But I have through trials (and many failures) found a nice balance between healthy living and enjoying good food. On these pages I hope to share with you how I lost the 66lbs/30kg that I’ve lost so far. I hope you find encouragement in these pages and that I’ve shown you that an average guy can lose the weight and get so much more out of life.

On these pages I’ll be going over, sometimes systematically, sometimes randomly how I’ve achieved the weight loss so far. As this is work in progress I will constantly be updating the site and I really do hope that my readers chime in and let me know how they are doing.
