I don’t know why you are reading this, but you are reading it for a reason.

And if my marketing has been correct you are reading it because you are fat and you have had enough.

Here you can find tips for weight loss, fat loss, losing weight and building muscle.

Who said black is slimming?

If my marketing has been wrong, I’m so sorry, but you’ll find no kinky porn here or illegal music downloads (well that is what you spend 90% of your time online isn’t it?).

But what you will find within the confines of this little website is a great resource of health and fat loss related material gathered by me and that has helped me lose 57 lbs so far.
This has been achieved with hard work, a lot of sweat and a few tears (when no one’s looking!)

I was like you. I had been dieting for over 20 years, tried everything, given up, put on weight and got depressed. And today I am you in a few months IF you decide that losing weight and getting fit is really what you want. I am not a body builder, jock or a model. You won't see me on the cover of Muscle & Fitness or advertising any new magic diet solution. I don't want to be toned and tan. I want to enjoy life and enjoying food is a large part of that.
